As I start thinking more about my future and transitioning into the working world, residential real estate is something that has really caught my interest. It is a field that seems fast paced and people focused, and I like the idea of helping others through important life decisions.
One of the main reasons I am interested in residential real estate is because it is centered around people. Buying or selling a home is a big moment in someone’s life, and I think it would be rewarding to be part of that process. I like the idea of helping clients find a place that fits their needs and goals, and guiding them through something that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
Another thing that stands out to me is the opportunity to build relationships. Residential real estate relies a lot on trust, communication, and connections. I enjoy working with people and building relationships, and this is a field where those skills really matter. It also seems like a career where your reputation can grow over time based on how you treat others and how hard you work.
I am also interested in the business side of it. There is a lot that goes into understanding the market, pricing homes, and negotiating deals. I like the idea of learning how to read the market and make decisions that help clients get the best outcome.
Overall, residential real estate stands out to me because it combines working with people, business strategy, and personal growth. It seems like a path where I can stay motivated, build strong connections, and create opportunities for myself in the future.
